Education for IT Professionals

For all you budding creative professionals looking to move into the world of Animation, I highly recommended undertaking an undergraduate course at Collins College. Collins College is located in Phoenix, Arizona and the campus is situated in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the Country.

I recently graduated from Collins with a Bachelors Degree in Networking Technology. After only 3 months of job hunting, I now work at an Internet Advertising company as their networking specialist. With out my degree from Collins I don’t think I would have been given an opportunity like this.

My dream or ambition is to one day open my own consulting firm offering businesses advice on the best technology to utilize within their company. I am especially interested in wireless technology and the use of super fast, super slick equipment. One of my college buddies finished his animation course at the same time I did and he is now employed by some big animation studio where he creates cool characters for Disney using the software package called Maya. I guess if I hadn’t studied Networking I probably would have undertaken the animation course myself.
