PayPerPost & Performancing Deal Called Off

Last week, PayPerPost announced that they were to acquire Performancings metrics system, but now states that both parties have decided not to go through with the deal. This comes after the heaps of criticism that came after the deal was initially announced, which has heated up even more now that the deal has fallen through.

PayPerPost insists that they will look for another analytics solution to incorporate into its marketplace. Performancing, on the other hand, has decided to offer Metrics to the open source community.
