Microsoft to Challenge Google Analytics?

Apparently there is now a rumor floating around that Microsoft is about to launch a web analytics service that will rival Google Analytics. The project is currently called Gatinaeu, and it has a live welcome page, but you can't log-in yet.

We'll keep you posted on any new developments. In the meantime, you can keep checking that page to see if its gone live.
